Define Recipe Items

Use the recipe manager to make a list of the devices that will be controlled by the batching program.  Include valves, motors, set point quantities, and duration values.

Configure Batch Steps

Build the batch by selecting the duration of each step.  In each step, select the quantities of each ingredient that will be delivered.

Monitor the Process

Track the progress of the batch from the screen.  Monitor alarm conditions, review historical data, ensure quality by reviewing SPC control charts.
