AUTOMATIC 2D DATA MATRIX SCANNING

The automatic 2D Data Matrix scanner reads the information engraved on the part.  The system is linked to a PLC that controls the transfer of this part to another area of the process.  If the part is not read, the PLC stops the conveyor and sounds an alarm.  In addition, the serial production information is transferred to a database and HMI to be used for job tracking and quality inspection through the entire manufacturing process.
