At the inspection area, log defect related information into an operator entry terminal. Data store in an ODBC compliant database is readily available to be brought up at the repair are, or by other computers on the network. |
Display data in a bar chart format sorted in descending order, with the most frequent occurring problems displayed first. Pareto charts are excellent tools for targeting quality problems collected during inspections of parts or unfinished products.

The data that was previously entered at the Inspection deck is retrieved at the repair area. The operator can easily see the type of defect and the location.
|
The defect related data can be extracted from the database to generate customized reports and charts. This function can be performed manually, or JCA Electron can set it up so that it automatically generates the reports.
