AUTOMATIC INSPECTION QUEUE USING RFID

The RFID tag contains the serial number and job build data of the unit.  In this example, the antenna is connected to a PLC and HMI system.  When the carrier crosses the antenna, The PLC extracts the job information for the unit and sends it to the HMI.  The HMI automatically displayed the vehicle inspection screen so that the operator can enter quality/defect information.
